Are you open during the holidays and are the hours of the park modified?

We are open on all holidays, our park is open and runs regular operational hours.

Am I allowed to bring my own food and beverages into the park?

Yes. You are welcome to bring your own picnic or bbq lunch. Please remember to properly dispose of your waste in the provided bins. Food, drinks, and icecream are also available from our on-site restaurant and snack shack.

What is the GPS address?

The GPS address is 12752 Talbot Trail, Morpeth, Ontario N0P 2C0.

Can I bring pets?

No. For the health and safety of everyone, including our animals and yours, we do not permit pets on the premises at any time. This includes the park and the parking lot. It is strictly prohibited to leave an animal in your vehicle at any time. Service dogs, with proof of accreditation and vaccination, will be permited

Is their parking available for large vehicles and/or busses?

Yes. There is ample parking for large vehicles and/or busses, parking is free of charge!

What payments are accepted?

Debit and all major credit cards are accepted as well as cash at the entrance, snack bar and gift shop!

Can I purchase food for the animals?

Yes! A special blend of animal feed is available for purchase to feed our farm animals (goats, donkeys, alpacas, horses, pigs, sheep, deer, ducks, chickens)

Is the zoo wheelchair accessible?

Our facilities are all accessible. Paths throughout the zoo are all wide but are gravel based and can sometimes be tough with narrow wheeled chairs

Are the zoo hours weather dependant?

Yes, our zoo hours are conditional on extreme weather conditions only (extreme cold, wind or heavy rainfall). We are open and do not offer rainchecks on rainy days. It’s fun to splash in puddles at the zoo!

Is the splash pad open daily?

Splash pad is open weather depending. If it is warm enough to get wet, it will be open! In the event of thunder or lightning, the splash pad will be shut down immediately until the storm has passed.

Do you rent wagons/strollers/wheelchairs/golf carts?

Wagons are available to rent for a fee of $5. A piece of government ID required to be held until wagon is returned at the end of your visit. Unfortunately strollers, wheelchairs and golf carts are not available to rent.

Are smoking, marijuana or alcohol permitted at Greenview Park and Zoo?

For the health and safety of all of our guests, staff and animals, Greenview is a smoke and substance free environment. Visitors will be asked to extinguish all smoking materials before entering the park/zoo grounds

Are there opportunities to interact with any of the animals at Greenview?

Yes! You are able to pet and feed our farm animals, at your own risk. Please remember that these are animals and they have teeth and claws. Watch your fingers/hands!

Where do the animals go in the winter?

Majority of our animals are adapted to the Canadian winter weather. Their enclosures provide insulated, and/or heated dens to seek shelter from the harsh weather days. Animals that do not do well in the cold are brought into warm, enriched winter facilities and are cared for and maintained by our staff daily.

Do you offer group rates or discounts?

Any group of 20 or more paying guests will qualify for a group discounted rate. Tickets must be booked and paid online prior to the visit. We can no longer invoice for future payment, but will be happy to give a group quote and receipt online. Group discounted rate will be $18 per person regardless of age; children under 2 are free, but do not count towards the number of people in the group

Do you offer seasons passes?

Unfortunately we will not be offering seasons passes for the 2024 season.
